If is true, this rumor would confirm that Randy Orton lost in Survivor Series or TLC the WWE Championship.
Normal would be that he lost it at Survivor Series versus Wade Barrett, and were in TLC a rematch between the two or more wrestlers of means.
Also note, Orton would have already won two Royal Rumble matches, by what second with Hulk Hogan and Shawn Michaels at number of victories in the Royal Rumble match, just behind the three has "Stone Cold" Steve Austin.
